| Lunch will consist of a minimum of a meat, two items from the fruit/vegetable group, a bread, and fluid milk. Here are some sample lunches actually served at Greatest Resource. * Corn dog, tator tots, banana, macaroni salad, milk * Fettuccine alfredo with chicken breast, broccoli with cheese, carrot sticks, applesauce, milk * Glazed ham, mashed potatoes, green beans, mandarin oranges, yeast roll, milk * Cheese and Beef ravioli with tomato and meat sauce, corn, peaches, milk * Pepperoni pizza, lettuce salad with carrots, grape halves, and shredded cheese, apple, milk * Ham and cheese sandwich, fresh veggie tray, canteloupe, milk * Peanut butter and jelly tortilla *pizza*, pears, mixed veggies, milk * Scrammbled eggs, potatoes O'Brien, pineapple, mini pancakes, milk * Fish sticks, macaroni and cheese, fruit cocktail, peas, milk * Pork roast, new potatoes, orange slices, crescents, milk * Chicken enchilladas, corn, baked apples, milk * Spaghetti with tomato and meat sauce, garden salad with cheese, bananas, milk * Grilled cheese sandwiches, tomato soup, fresh fruit salad, milk |
